Individual Therapy

Therapy provides a supportive, confidential place for personal growth and healing. Therapy can help you to understand your patterns, work through difficult or confusing emotions, and create real lasting change.

In therapy, we can focus on developing new coping strategies for immediate support, as well as taking a deeper look into your history to identify the root causes to problems and help you to understand yourself and why you are the way that you are.

I always aim to provide an authentic, genuine space where you can relax, be yourself and feel truly heard and understood without any judgement..

I am a trauma informed Therapist with extensive experience working with a broad range of issues. These commonly include anxiety, OCD attachment issues, relationships, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress and addiction. However, I am open to welcoming whatever you choose to bring.

Therapy can help with identifying, navigating and managing neurodiversity differences including ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia. I have experience supporting neurodiverse Young People as well as Adults who have been diagnosed, or question neurodiverse traits later in life.
