Couples Therapy

Therapy provides a supportive, collaborative and contained space to help Couples work on difficult problems.

In Couples Therapy I support couples to navigate difficult periods, rebuild trust and improve healthy communication, learning to set new boundaries and meet each others needs.

We can focus on practical everyday strategies to find simple solutions to difficult problems. We can also look deeper into how you operate as individuals and how your history has influenced the Partner that you have learned to be. We can work together to understand your patterns, triggers and learn new ways of being, so that you can offer the best versions of yourselves, to each other.
