About Me
I provide a relaxed, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. I work with adults and teenagers aged 16+. I welcome whatever unique experiences you bring and have lots of experience supporting people with difficulties such as low self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, anxiety, trauma, and attachment issues.
I have an integrative psychotherapeutic approach, which helps me to adapt you individual needs. Whether you’re seeking practical tools, deeper self-understanding, or both, therapy can be a place for self-exploration and personal growth, leading to lasting change.
In addition to my private practise, I also have clinical experience working in the NHS supporting frontline staff, and as a Grammar School counsellor. I have experience working in wellbeing in Prisons. I have specialist training and experience working with addiction recovery.
I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and a former member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and hold their Certificate of Proficiency.
